Shipping protocols
All pieces will be packed and shipped in such a way as to ensure they arrive safe and sound.  I ship with Canada Post for most items, and occasionally a courier for oversized items.  I have never had a piece lost or damaged in transit.  However, if an item does arrive broken, please contact ramonagregoryart@gmail.com with a photo taken immediately upon opening package to arrange a replacement.  A request for replacement must be initiated by email or phone within one day of item being delivered.


Undelivered packages
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure shipping address is correct and packages are picked up.  Unclaimed packages will be returned to sender and will not be re-sent.
